I think when we select to ignore someone, the link to their profile should not be shown either on the list of users who are loged in.
Yep I thought the same thing! But another user once told me that there's nothing that I can do about seeing someone's name appear on the log in thing! As long as they can't send me anything, I'm happy with that!
Well, it probably could be change but really, does it matter that much? As Hope says, so long as they can't bother you, that's the main thing.

I agree with Harp. If they can't bother you who cares.
Really though, how much faster would a page load for being just one link shorter? And I think if they were taken away, it would take aproximately point three of a second for people to complain that they wanted to be able to see everyone who was logged in again.
seriously, 1 less link on a page will make no discernible difference what so ever to the load time. Even if you had say 10 logged in users on ignore you'd still not be able to notice the load time difference. From experience of the boards on here, a topic has to have say 500 plus posts in it before the page starts to become sluggish. So that's 500 user names, plus 500 ignore links beneath the user name plus all the other links that come with a page. You're talking in terms of a thousand or more links before things even begin to slow down so as I say, 1 or 2 peoples names missing from the log in list, even 10 names missing you really won't notice the difference.
